Getting The Most From The Staffy App: Clocking In And Out

Accurate clock-ins and clock-outs help document the hours you work. Follow the current instructions for your assignment and confirm that each attendance record was saved. Recording attendance does not by itself guarantee payment approval, Instant Pay eligibility or when money reaches your account.

Check the assignment location

Use the work location shown in the app and follow the current clock-in instructions. The permitted location radius can be configured for an organization; 150 metres should not be treated as a universal rule. Location accuracy and assignment settings can affect the result.

Review location permissions and connectivity

Check the app's current location-permission requirements and your device settings. A working data or Wi-Fi connection and accurate location information may be needed. If the app cannot confirm your location or record your attendance, contact Staffy support or the site's designated contact. Do not assume that a notification proves your hours were recorded.

Record the actual hours worked

Clock in when your shift starts and clock out when your work finishes, following the assignment instructions. Review the recorded times and report missing or incorrect entries. Attendance records may still need review or approval.

Review payment eligibility separately

Use the Payment Centre to review approved amounts, payment dates, available options and any applicable fees. A completed shift, clock-out or payout request is not a guarantee of immediate payment. Contact support through the app if an amount or status is unclear.
