Does Staffy onboarding cover our facility's orientation?
Platform onboarding and facility orientation are separate steps. Your organization sets the requirements for its site, including training, system access and reporting instructions. Confirm those steps are complete before the professional's first shift.
Who sets the nursing shift rate?
Your organization sets the rate shown on the shift. Independent professionals choose which opportunities to request, and your team selects whom to book. Any holiday premium depends on your account and shift setup.
Can we put a purchase order number on the invoice?
Yes. Add the PO number when posting a shift or booking a professional directly. It then appears on the invoice so your accounts team can match the booking to its purchase order.
